Eric “Rick” Pullman is Chief Information Officer at Osler Health. He has more than 35 years of Corporate experience, more recently serving in several C-Suite roles encompassing the management of technology, operations, business development, finance and audit disciplines for various firms on a global and local level.
Prior to joining Osler Health as CIO, he was a lead consultant at eDelta Consulting in New York focusing on HIPAA and technology compliance. He served as VP Development for AmTote International, a pari-mutuel technology platform operator for the lottery and gaming industry, and earlier as COO of Veridocs, an innovative document and identity authentication service provider. As President & CEO of Autotote Enterprises, owner and operator of the Connecticut Off-Track Betting Network, he opened many markets in the Caribbean and South America. In several healthcare-related roles, he served as COO/CFO of the start-up CornerDrugstore.com, the first online same-day delivery pharmacy, and was VP/GM of ETC Data Services, a full-service CRM and healthcare claims processor also supporting several E-Commerce entities. In an extended career with the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, he held several management positions including Director of Global Data Services and Manager of the Corporate IT Audit group. Earlier career positions include roles building the Information Technology Audit functions at the Salomon Brothers investment bank and the Philip Morris Corporation.
Mr. Pullman earned his undergraduate degree at the City University of New York, Brooklyn College, majoring in Accounting and Computer Science. He is a patented inventor in the technology/gaming sector and a Private Pilot holding Land & Sea ratings. He served as a reading instructor with New York’s Volunteer Services for Children and was a former columnist at Aviation Digest and the Royce Report where he created the “Seaplane Scene.”
